“Eat Global, Dine Local” is Il Mercato’s philosophy. We purchase the freshest, seasonal ingredients and prepare them in such a way that dishes and flavors from all over the world are represented. Many items on our menu change frequently based on season, cravings or simply food that we think our guests would really enjoy. Simple as that. Our specials are usually dependent upon what Capt. Matt down in Haulover caught that particular afternoon or what Chef Emily was able to procure from her other sources…we usually don’t know until the last minute.
