Krav Maga (Women Only)

Duration: 1 hour; $20. Basic self-defense skills are necessary in this world, even if you never need to use the knowledge. It is out of this necessity that Krav Maga was originated a self-defense form used most prominently by the Israeli military. At International Krav Maga, you're in good hands, ladies, as they want to help you avoid being a victim of violence. During this women's only class focused on self-protection, you'll learn how to identify possible opponents, and practice preventive behaviour in simulated realistic scenarios to train your mind and body to react quickly and effectively. While fun, this class is a real lifesaver. Don't ever be afraid to walk down the streets by yourself again!
