Within the first 3 months, Ikebana earned the reputation of the “ place to visit” in Salinas, that many locals and travelers came to enjoy. We have expanded the Japanese food and sushi menu, and based on the loyal patron’s requests, we have added new Korean dishes as well. As for our sushi, you will not be disappointed. Chef Steve along with our experienced chefs, oversee the sushi bar at Imura is on hand to insure our customers are receiving the most authentic sushi and cultural experience they have to come to expect. We have added some of Imura’s favorite dishes to the menu which had put them on the map for the “best sushi restaurants” to visit.
