Duration: 45 min; Free; A true martial artist cares very little for memorization of combinations - whether it is a form, a strike/blocking combo, or a self-defense move - and more about perfecting the individual techniques contained within the combinations. During this class, you will begin to build a strong foundation in Taekwondo as you learn the proper kicks, punches, and blocks to become a fighting master! Develop a sense of discipline, concentration, and dedication as you work with professional instructors to build greater coordination and balance.
