We are a friendly family owned restaurant. The owners are Manny and Kay. We have been here in the same location for over 20 years. We pride in serving you the best quality food you deserve. Our son, Angel is the manager. Our Master Head Chef Morioka with over 30 years experience (we call him Mori) has been with us for 20 years, so we have maintained consistency in our great tasting sauces. All of our chefs have years of experience and cook your food to perfection. A lot of our customers with families enjoy celebrating their birthdays and special occasions at Ichiban and have been coming for years.
