The Ice Cream Man was started in the early 1980's by Keith and Charlene Mann. They ran it as a Memorial day to Labor day operation. Making the ice cream in the morning and serving from 1pm to 9pm. The ice cream was made and served in the 16x20 log cabin. They originally called it the Ice Cream Mann since their last name was Mann.
