Nory has been with I Squared since the restaurant's inception. He believes in clean, bold flavors. His dishes have layers of flavor for the guest to enjoy. Nory started his culinary career at LoCoco's, where he worked for the Chef/Owner Giovanni LoCoco. He spend 10+ years learning and perfecting his craft from Giovanni, a native of Sicily. His Iranian food training came from his mom, who taught him traditional Iranian dishes and cooking methods. His use of Persian & Italian spices and ingredients to bring multiple taste tones to a dish, is just brilliant, and nothing short of sheer genius.
The house specialties include: Koobideh Kabaab, Marinated Chicken Kabaab, Cabbage wraps(fusion), Barg Kabaab (Filet Mignon), Eggplant Parmigiana, scampi, Baghali polo(fusion), Linguine Salsa Rosa with Gambri, I Squared Salad (with warm goat cheese), Chop Salad.
