Pre-Natal & Post-Natal
Expectant mothers enjoy this unique customized class as they begin their journey into motherhood. Mila takes them through the process as bodies and sensations change and grow. A delightful class for you and your baby. After your baby is born, continue to nurture yourself with stretching and breathing. This class will help you meet the challenging of a new mother.
Gentle Yoga
Focuses on stretching, balancing and basic poses for improving techniques in strength and breathing. Good for all skill levels and ages. Beneficial use of props. De-stress and refresh.

It blends classic yoga with the principles of Ayurveda and the theory of quantum physics to create a very balanced practice. Quantum yoga is made up of a series of unique flows, breathwork, mudras and meditation to bring the practitioner to a feeling of interconnection. This style of practice adapts to the individual needs of each student while drawing awareness to the universal connection that exists between all things.

Jivamukti Yoga strongly incorporates the 8 limbed approach to yoga as both a practice and a lifestyle. The practice involves creative sequences, breathing exercises, mantras and mudras. Each class incorporates the 5 tenants of Jivamukti Yoga: Ahimsa (non-violence), Bakti (connection to a higher power), Dhyana (meditation), Nada (healing sound), Shastra (study of ancient texts). This is a practice that embodies the core of what yoga truly is about.
