Hui Chuan, a native of Taiwan, has always had a passion for food. Her appreciation began at a young age while learning to cook alongside her father. He taught her many different techniques and the importance of using fresh ingredients. Hui began residing in the United States at twenty, married and had three beautiful children. She enjoyed preparing meals for her family and experimenting with different menus and ingredients continually. She often shared her creations with her children’s teachers and hosted themed dinner parties. It wasn’t long before people began to take notice of her dynamic personality and great talents.Hui Chaun lovingly calls her restaurant the “tree house” a place where you can come as you are and enjoy a great meal.
