"Work in Progress" Open Mic

Duration: 2.5 hours; Free; Let your written words jump off the page at this open mic! In this unique setting, you'll get the chance to share your original work for five minutes, to an audience of supportive, judge-free writers. You'll also get the chance to play audience member as you listen to an always-surprising variety of works. No need to worry about being the first to volunteer, either! This open mic uses a simple two-jar system. The first jar takes a maximum of ten names who will get a guaranteed time slot; the second jar takes the rest of the names, which are drawn until either the jar or time runs out. Get ready for an awesome evening of word flow!
