Our Signature classes are a great workout, but we know that sometimes, you just want to dance! That's why we also have ZUMBA Fitness Classes in our lineup! And we also know how important core training and flexibility are in your fitness routine, so we challenge you with Barre Pilates and Yoga classes to shake up your routine in new ways! You really get it all here at HUB Fitness - and all classes are included in your membership! No extra fees, charges or surprises. Our HUB Fitness Group Training Sessions are designed to challenge you and keep you from the dreaded "Plateau" that happens when we do the same thing over and over again. (#NoPlateau) Our Signature Classes (HUB Fit, HUB Strength & HUB Cardio) change formats every 3 weeks, to continually challenge your body. The way it works.

Our Signature Hub Fitness Class Descriptions
Hub Strength
Our HUB Strength classes incorporate functional strength training to help you build a leaner, stronger, better looking body. The workouts incorporate everything from resistance training with weights, body bars, pull up bars, rowing machines and kettle bells to body weight and suspension training exercises. Our HUB Strength classes are designed by our HUB Coaches to be exciting and challenging while strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your muscles and developing a strong core. Strong, healthy muscles increase your metabolism and help you shed unwanted pounds.
Hub Cardio
These classes utilize the proven training methodology known as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The result is a highly cardiovascular workout, incorporating a wide variety of exercises that are specifically designed by our HUB Coaches to hep you shed body fat and build lean muscle for optimum performance. You will utilize cycles, rowing machines, steps, jump ropes, Bosu, tubing resistance, tires, kickboxing and other calisthenics as you increase your cardio capacity and burn tons of calories.
Hub Fit
This class will combine our HUB Strength and HUB Cardio formats for a power-packed 45 minute workout that alternates between cardio bursts and strength bursts. It's a great circuit workout that will blast away the calories!
Hub Core
Our HUB Core class is 10-minutes of exercises that specifically target, strengthen and challenge the core. Tubing, exercise balls, felt squares and certain poses may be used in HUB Core. Consistent core training helps you with your form in all of our signature HUB Classes and helps protect you from injuries that can happen in every day activities.
Barre Pilates, Yoga & Zumba
Barre Pilates
Barre Pilates integrates traditional Pilates exercises with strengthening ballet moves and stretches which use specific muscle shaping isometrics as well as strategic stretches that will effectively reshape the entire body. Barre Pilates will utilize the mat, a small ball, light hand weights and a barre to target all major muscle groups in a low impact workout. Core strength and lean sculpted muscles are emphasized, creating elongated legs, sculpted arms, lifted seat muscles and toned abdominals. Your instructor will emphasize mental focus and proper breathing. While challenging and effective, these classes are both appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities.
Yoga
This 60 minute class incorporates several yoga styles to maximize your experience of connecting mind, body, and breath. We blend vinyasa flow, Iyengar, and hot yoga poses to serve up an effective, calming experience for novice and expert yogis alike. Modifications guide new students to build the strength, balance, and flexibility to progress, and more challenging options help seasoned students advance their practice. Expect significant attention to the core and a calming meditation at the end of savasana.
Zumba
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do - Zumba is the best way to "dance away your worries". We promise exercise has never been so fun!
