Duration: 1 hour; Free. Transform your entire body into a dangerous weapon of self-defense through Muay Thai, known as the "Art or Science of Eight Limbs." In this trial class, you'll learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai while training yourself to use your body to fight and defend in ways you didn't think you could before. You'll make use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes: eight points of contact, as opposed to the usual two points involved in boxing or four points involved in kickboxing. Learn to use your hands and feet as swords or daggers, and to use your forearms and shins as armor. You'll never be caught unprepared again! Not to mention this blood pumping workout will have you burning some serious calories!
