You will not be able to schedule this appointment until you pass the LIFT Quiz (above) and submit your Purchase & Sales Agreement and 1st Lender Pre-Approval. Once we have reviewed those documents you will receive an email notification letting you know it is time to schedule this appointment. At this session we will determine your eligibility for the NeighborhoodLIFT® program. Failure to schedule your appointment within 48 hours of notification could result in losing your spot in the LIFT program (depending on fund availability).
