Focused on burning 1000+ calories, this fast-paced class is great for clients who have graduated from Foundations and are looking for a more challenging workout. Indoor Cycling

Our cycling classes are limited to 10 seats to ensure you get the personal attention you need. This class is perfect for any fitness enthusiast, whether it's your first class or a seasoned pro!
Foundation
When you build a house, you must first develop a solid foundation. This ensures that anything built on top of that foundation will be stable and long-lasting. In this sense, your body is like a house- you must build a good foundation of fitness before you can think of designing an effective program to help you reach your goals. This class usually consist of a team of 8-12 people
