Bison, Hop Cuvee, Session IPA

Black Diamond, Jagged Edge, American IPA
$13.99
Black Diamond's take on a "west coast style" IPA, Jagged Edge is big and hoppy, yet it's also extremely well balanced. They "first wort hop" with Columbus, and use Simcoe for flavor additions. The finishing hop additions include Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe. Columbus is pungent with sweet orange aromas and flavor. Centennial adds floral notes along with additional citrus. Simcoe add a nice pine like flavor and aroma. These hops were chosen for their flavors and their moderate cohumulone content, which means they are bitter but not overwhelmingly bitter in large quantities. Pale malts are complemented by caramalt and light munich malts, which both enhance the malty sweetness and color and work to balance the substantial hop bill. 6.3% ABV
Hermitage, Ale of the Imp, Double IPA

Ale of the Imp pours out a brilliantly clear gold color with an off-white colored head. The aroma is an intoxicating mixture of pungent piney hops with fragrant floral notes. It's the perfect craft beer for the hop head! It has an herbal hop flavor with a bright, citrusy character, and a light toasted malt backbone. With just under 100 IBUs, Ale of the Imp has an aggressive hop bitterness that lingers on the palate. Lingers...This is a medium-full bodied beer with high carbonation and a dry finish. 8% ABV
