Hope & Olive is an everyday-special restaurant opened by siblings Jim & Maggie Zaccara and Evelyn Wulfkuhle in September of 2007. We have all worked together for years, Jim and Maggie growing up in the restaurant business and Evelyn joining them from a background of bread baking. Together we have worked to create a place that wholesomely nourishes our employees and the surrounding community. Our service is professional, casual and friendly. We strive to make the most of a rich bounty of local farms, sourcing much of our menu with nearby products. We cook creatively with an emphasis on simplicity and flavor. At our bar you can eat from the regular menu, or check out a fun selection of small plates from the bar menu. We serve inspired cocktails, have an eclectic by-the-glass wine menu and 12 great beers on tap.
