Includes all of the following. Bases: Banh mi, brown rice, and kale salad. Protein: Five spice chicken, beef and pork meatballs, and lemongrass tofu. Veggies: Roasted garlic bok choy, charred coconut corn, and lemongrass sesame green beans. Toppings: Mango, cilantro, pickled veggies, avocado, and crispy onions. Sauces: Peanut lime sauce, Thai basil pesto, dynamite, sweet chili fish sauce, and sesame dressing (for salads).
Indian Catering Station
Includes all of the following. Bases: Soft spinach tacos, kale salad, and brown rice. Protein: Tandoori chicken, lamb meatballs, tandoori tofu, and paneer. Veggies: Chickpeas, cauliflower, and charred madras corn. Toppings: Avocado, pickled cucumbers, candied peanuts, and Delhi slaw. Sauces: Tomato chutney, mango chutney, cilantro chutney, sesame dressing (for salads), and cucumber raita.
