Hoffbraus, or beer gardens, were places where the locals could gather to enjoy hearty meals and drinks in a setting that was casual, yet buzzing with energy. Recreating that same vibe and combining it with the delicious food of an all-American steakhouse is Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House. Since opening in the Hill Country in 1978, this family owned and operated restaurant has set the bar for delicious dining. Our steaks are Certified Angus Beef ®. Feast on Sal's ribeye, a juicy and marbled cut, or go for the melt-in-your-mouth tender center-cut filet. There's no doubt that the steaks here are sublime, but there's more on the menu at this beloved eatery.
