Hinzes caters parties, weddings and other events. Hinzes is well known for their brisket (smoked 16 hours), ribs, homemade BBQ sauce, and hand-battered chicken fried steaks. Hinzes has two party rooms available on-site for rehersal suppers, birthday parties, business meetings, etc.
