HGF360 Training is a monthly series of athletic challenges that strives to ignite the athletic engine in all of us through a 360degree approach that includes balance, stability, strength, power and nutrition. The participants are challenged physically and mentally by discovering a willingness to push themselves to give more, embracing intense effort with the intent to become their very best. The training is:
Measurable
establishing benchmarks that can be compared with their own progress as well as others.

providing a logical training process that embraces individual limitations, enhances strengths and improves upon weaknesses.
