At Hicks BBQ, we take Barbecue very seriously. We have always taken great pride in offering the highest quality, best tasting, and just dog gone good Southern Illinois barbecue. Our pork butts and beef brisket are slow smoked for 12-14 hours over Southern Illinois applewood, with just enough smoke (but not too much!) to give it the perfect taste. The Hicks family is proud to have opened our first barbecue restaurant after years of serving the community at many events.
