Offering delicious sushi and islander cuisine, our menu features authentic dishes and favorites from the islands of Guam and Hawaii, including kelaguen (chicken, beef or shrimp), red rice, lau lau and kalua pig. If you are looking to sample a little bit of everything we highly recommend trying the Chamorro Combo (includes Uncle Frank’s pork ribs, chicken kelaguen, red rice and potato salad), and Hawaiian Combo (includes kalua pig, huli huli chicken, white rice and macaroni salad).
