Getting Started / Rates
The HFS parkour center features a superb indoor facility with well qualified instructors, and an excellent environment for learing. We provide instruction for absolute beginners to advanced levels to help you meet the challenges of the parkour obstacles. Our program focuses first on safety, then fun, then learning. We are commited to providing you with the best experience as you learn. The class includes instruction on the parkour equipment. You should wear athletic running shoes that's flexible with good surface grip, and comfortable gym clothes such as tee shirts, and sweat pants. For your first visit, you should arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to fill out a waiver and to view an introduction video. As a beginner, you can join in for any of the classes on the schedule. You can use the online form to sign-up in advance. We will have one of our coaches there to get you started with safety and beginner skills.

Can I start classes at any time?
Yes, the program is skilled based and on-going. You can join classes at any time.
With the class packages, do I have to use it weekly?
No, classes purchased can be used anytime within the year of the annual membership.
What's the youngest age to start classes?
We now have tumbling classes for kids as young as 3 and 4, and parkour classes for kids as young as 5.
What classes do you have for adults?
We have parkour, American Ninja Warrior, Spartan, and mud run training. We also have Yoga, and Zumba. We will be adding Calisthenics, Gymnastics, and Arial Silk.
I have no experience, can I do parkour as a beginner?
Yes, once you're cleared by your doctor to participate in an exercise program, then parkour is a option. We have beginner classes and we start with safety skills and techniques. We work with you at your pace. We have several coaches at each class to assist each student.
What do I need to bring to class?
We recommend running shoes that are flexible and has good grip, and gym clothing. Adults will need to provide ID at check-in.
Child Ages 3 - 4 Tumbling
In the kids class, ages 3 to 4, we focus on building movement awareness and strength. This class is an excellent way for kids ages 3 and 4 to learn the essentials of body movement and what's possible. Mental skills and confidence are developed and students become physically stronger. It is an exciting time! Beginners are welcome to join this class. Our coach has 6 years of experience teaching this age group. Advanced registration is required. Please call ahead for walk-ins.

Youth Ages 7 - 16 Gymnastics
The youth gymnastics, ages 7 to 16, focuses on the fundmentals for each tumbling skill. The components of each part of the movement is broken down and taught to assist the student with proper exectution of the skill. Students become aware of body mechanics and positions required to make the movement possible. This will help the student grow confident in freerunning and parkour. Beginners are welcome to join this class. Our coach has 6 years of experience teaching this age group. Advanced registration is required. Please call ahead for walk-ins.

After School Open Gym
Our after school program will provide open gym for students during the school year for a low cost of ($10 w/ 1 free guest) physical activity is important to a childs overall development and mental focus. Join in groups and every other child is free. Parkour is a excelllent activity for building confidence and mental strength. Advanced registration is required. Must live in the 19134 zip code area.

Adult Parkour
The adult parkour classes focuses on challenging you physically and mentally. Also, "adult parkour" focuses specifically on learning parkour skills, where as "parkour fitness" focuses on the conditioning exercises used in learning parkour and freerunning. American Ninja Warrior
American ninja warrior classes focuses on teaching techniques to help you conquer the course. You build strength, endurance, and condition your body for the daunting tasks. The hfs center has a 14 foot warped wall, a salmon ladder, cliff hanger, and other obstacle challenges to push you beyond your expectations. Grip strength is essential and our coaches will help you build it. Agility and balance is also important and we can should you ways to improve. Beginners are welcome to join this class. Mud Run Spartan Training
If you're training for spartan, tough mudder, muck fest, or any of the many fun and challenging obstacle races, then a good part of your training can be done here at the hfs parkour center. We have climbing walls 3 feet to 14 feet tall. There is a full obstacle course for you to practice endurance, speed, grip strength, and more. We have cilmbing fences, monkey bars, cliff hanger, and a great coaching staff that can get you and your team ready for run day. Beginners are welcome to join this class. Summer Camp 2016
All summer students will get the full parkour experience from beginner skills to freerunning and flow combinations. The day begins with warm-ups and parkour games. As the students learn, they begin to incorporate their new skills into the daily games. Discussion of how to use the equipment along with safety techniques are the first lessons taught. The students build confidence and strength as each lesson progresses. We have a foam pit and trampoline area to add to a fun filled day. Sign-up below!
Other Requirements
Morning class begins at 9:00am, with drop-off no earlier than 8:45 am afternoon class begins at 1:00pm, drop-off on earlier than 12:45pm students should wear comfortable clothes like tee shirts and shorts. Students should bring a fast break snack of fruit or granola and a mid-day snack of a sandwich and juice or similar. The center sells juices and granola bars, but does not provide lunch.
