We offer hands-on cooking tours because cooking is my passion and I want Americans to know about Viennese cuisine. Over 15 years ago, while watching yet another French cooking show, I realized how much Americans adored French cuisine and seemed to know very little about Viennese food. When I commented on this, my daughter suggested I offer a cooking tour to Vienna. This was the beginning of Herzerl Tours.
