Postpartum Exercise Sculpt Classes With Baby
getting back your pre-baby body can be fun! this class encourages moms to bring their baby to class. blankets, saucers, bouncers and swings are all provided. during class, bands, free weights, pilates and abdominal work will be used to sculpt mom's body back into shape. this class is a great way to meet other moms and have a great time.
The Prenatal Yoga classes help to prepare mom for labor and delivery featuring positions to use while in labor.
