this class is designed to prepare the expectant mom physically and emotionally for the process of labor. each class will teach positive positions, breathing techniques and various tools that can be used during labor. this class will help nurture the expectant body while building a community with other pregnant moms sharing in each other's journey.

Postpartum Exercise Sculpt Classes With Baby

getting back your pre-baby body can be fun! this class encourages moms to bring their baby to class. blankets, saucers, bouncers and swings are all provided. during class, bands, free weights, pilates and abdominal work will be used to sculpt mom's body back into shape. this class is a great way to meet other moms and have a great time.
