Flavored with house spice rub. Lean meat that is raised on a grass-fed diet and raised without hormones or antibiotics.
Pesto Salmon
Grilled and oven-finished, topped with our house pesto sauce. Responsibly raised Atlantic salmon from Canada, a great source of protein and Omega 3s
The Vegan Jawn
White beans, black beans, lentils, sweet potatoes, quinoa, herbs and spices. Vegan & gluten Free, excellent source of protein, fiber and potassium.
Step-3: Two Sides
Quinoa 'n Cheese
Cheddar and pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, caramelized onions, fat free milk, spices. Locally sourced cheese and quinoa make this guilty pleasure into an all-natural powerhouse, high in protein and fiber
Sweet Potato Mash
Mixed with coconut milk and sesame seeds. Sweet potatoes are a great source of fiber and potassium for muscle recovery.
Baby spinach, avocado, tomato, red onion, crushed plantain chips, jalapeno-lime vinaigrette. Rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and vitamins, dressed in a freshly made and calorie-light dressing.
Spruce Side Salad
