HB Fitness mission is to help “busy families lead healthy lives” and this class can do just that. Bring the kids and get ready for family, fitness and fun at this unique offering. Created by, Jill and Jason Loesch, parents get an hour work-out using TRX, kettlebells, tabata and more. The kids (4+), supervised by licensed teacher Jill, get active games and a healthy snack. During weekday sessions, the kids get homework time following active games, and even school readiness fun for those PreK kiddos! At the end of the class, everyone comes together for the FitFam challenge.
Fast paced class incorporating high intensity interval training (HIIT). The class uses a variety of resistence and cardio exercises with the help of TRX, kettlebells, and Tabata to get a maximum caloric burn. When taking this class, expect to be energized for the rest of your day.

Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training following a specific format. This class offering is for experienced exercisers! 20 seconds of a high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. This pattern continues throughout the class. This workout offers more performance benefits in less time, but is not meant for everyone! Doing high intensity interval training with shorter rest periods gives athletes and the experienced exerciser more bang for their buck.
The ultimate body weight training system TRX Suspension Training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one’s own body weight and the force of gravity and is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability all simultaneously. The system utilizes a system of straps, buckles and grips (called a suspension trainer) that allows the user to work against their own body weight. TRX training engages the core on every exercise in addition to providing some cardio fitness in every single workout.

This program provides a fun workout that introduces the younger athlete (ages 8-14), to training that will improve their speed, agility, and quickness through the use of ladder drills, cone drills, and plyometrics. We will lay the proper foundation for your young athlete to be prepared both physically and mentally for not only athletic competition, but will also transfer to many life skills as they grow.
