About Us
Healthy Living Therapeutic was founded in 2002 by Yamil Sarabia, MS, LAc., LMT, CST. Since early childhood Yamil Sarabia began to develop an inner connection with nature, her inner self and holistic living. Her philosophy is that if every human is truly healthy in every aspect of living; mentally, physically and spiritually (holistic living)--we would have peace in our world and a reverence for our planet. She feels quite fortunate to be living her life with purpose and is passionate about her work and about helping others with the many services offered at Healthy Living Therapeutic Spa.
All therapists are highly educated, skilled and experienced in Acupuncture, CranioSacral Therapy, and massage and more. They are well versed in pathology, anatomy and physiology and can understand your health challenges and choices you may have made in your efforts to feel better. With respect, and with your best interest in mind, we are an excellent compliment to your health journey.
