Welcome to HealthWorks Fitness for women online. HealthWorks is part of a brand new 14,000 square-foot facility located at the corner of 175th Street and Dodd Boulevard in Lakeville. It's a women's only center providing cardiac, resistance, and strength training using state-of-the-art fitness equipment including treadmills, ellipticals and weight resistance machines designed specifically for women.
