(IAYT) Yoga Therapy Counseling - Yoga Privates Tzivia creates a process of using yoga postures breath work, talk and bodywork to stimulate the release of conscious & subconscious material. She holds 'therapeutic space' for the client to be present with their body sensations and guides the client toward personal options and resolutions. Postures are enhanced through restorative (propped) or physical support and may include: body dialogue, visualizations and/or enactments. Journaling, homework or other ‘anchors’ are also used for the client’s continued healing journey between sessions.
