We are passionate about freshness and quality. We source our food from real people in our own community. The ingredients we use in these dishes all came from small, independently owned farms within 100 miles of Charlotte. Exceptions to this rule are shrimp and fish (if only the NC coast were closer). Using only regionally grown food that’s in season helps drive our creativity, and allows us to change our menu often. We make all our breads, pasta, dressings, and many of our cheeses in-house. The meats and eggs on our menu came from small farms that do not use antibiotics or added hormones. Our goal is to provide you with the fresh, tasty good that is true to its nature.
