In these calming sessions, we will begin by discussing how your body feels and highlights of what's happening in your life. I'll assist you in creating an intention for your body and we'll both focus on this goal as we shift into the yoga practice. As you're engaged in a restorative style of yoga, I'll apply Reiki to your body. This powerful blending invites deep relaxation, assists you in releasing stress and provides fresh insight. Afterwards we'll share our individual experiences and discuss next steps for you to integrate your reflections into your daily life.
