Utilizing a system created by scientist, Dr. Tabata, these drills include high intensity exercises that last 20 seconds with a 10-second break for a set of 4 minutes. After each Tabata set, we have a 1 minute towel-off and water break and then we go again with a different set of drills for a total of 4 to 5 sets, ending with a slower-paced body-weight resistance set and a final set of static stretches to send you on your way.
