Brand new to Pilates? Learn how the breathing works, where your core is & how to engage it. Great refresher if you haven't been in a while. Pilates is designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your flexibility and improve your body awareness. The reps of exercises are short so you stay mentally and physically engaged the entire class. Pilates is for anyone regardless of your physical strengths, body size, fitness level, or injuries. Modifications can be made and because we keep our class sizes small you will get individualized attention.
