Starting with the basic knowledge of yoga and its foundation, introduction to the various ways to go about your practice. Yoga is a fantastic way to increase muscle and mental flexibility while also adding muscle tone, learning basic anatomy of the body, mindful meditation, the breath, and even chanting. Introduction to the chrakras, your energetic body and vibration and how it all at some point blends smoothly.
