This is an incredible way to build strength in your legs and core, gain endurance, and improve your rhythm. Women's Hula Basics
Duration: 1 hour; Free; Break out your coconut bikini top and sway your way into the fun world of authentic Polynesian dance with this Hula class! Through a series of drills and repetitive steps, you'll learn the basic patterns and movements of Hula as your professional instructor breaks everything down for you at a much slower pace. Have fun celebrating the songs and dances of Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, New Zealand, and Tonga as you join a community of dedicated and skillful dancers in their efforts to perpetuate, protect, respect, and exemplify the spirit of hula.
