The unique Kaiseki cuisine of the Hakubai Japanese Restaurant has been described by the New York Times as “rarefied” and “excellent.” Kaiseki is a distinctive and delicate cuisine with roots in Zen Buddhism and the traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
