Other Employees
We have a rich history of gymnastics in the Quad Cities. To help us in our endeavors and to further this wonderful sport we continually include our retired athletes to train some of our classes. They have a great understanding and love for the sport. They have been there, done that and at this point are willing to give back to the sport they love.
Gymnastic Spectrum
Our goal is to teach basic fundamental whiled safely learning new skills.
There is a skill progression on vault, bars, balance beam and floor that determines the class that the child is involved in.
Preschoolers enjoy learning body awareness through a variety of fine and large motor activities.
Students build confidence as they have fun experiencing the bars, balance beam, tumbling, and jumping activities.
Cheerleaders are welcome at Gymnastic Spectrum!
We offer specific Tumbling classes for cheerleaders looking to tumble for the Crowds!
Gymnastic Spectrum Team Girls deserve credit for the amount of effort they put forth!
The training requires at least 9-12 hours a week. These girls spend long hours perfecting floor routines trying to please Critical Judges at Meets. They practice their bar routines over and over and still do not quit even if they have rips on their hands. (Skin that peels off) The balance beam is 4 inches wide and requires balance and coordination to stay on while performing difficult skills. Our Level Seven Team Girls are doing back handsprings on the high balance beam. The Level 7's are allowed to choose their own Floor Music unlike level 3, 4, & 5. This is the year to get to express their own personality while doing Dance and Tumbling.
