GYM Laird Strength and Conditioning was started in 2010 because the owner saw a large void in the community that was begging to be filled. It has become increasingly trendy to work out harder, longer, more often, and with more intensity. Our program is exactly the opposite. We train hard, but most importantly, we train SMART! Most of our clients train with us 2-3 days a week for less than an hour and feel better than they have ever felt in their lives.
