About Us

The carniciera served as a local butcher shop and also specialized in making masa in large quantities. When the family decided to sell and move on to other ventures, the building was sold to Mario De La Torre. Mario cut the size of the market in two and opened space for a new tamale house on the corner as his son Edward, learned the way of the market and how to continue operations with the same effect for the neighborhood.
