All our foods are Homemade daily from Fresh Ingredients. Several of our items such as the Fried Catfish and Hamburger Patti are prepared AFTER YOU ORDER to ensure the best quality we can provide. We are NOT a fast-food joint and the brief wait will be worth it when your food arrives hot and delicious. At G's we aren't back in the kitchen opening cans - we are standing over a hot stove (so you won't have to) cooking up mouth-watering dishes for your enjoyment! You will never be served food that has been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours!
