Quinannan Falls, Lager Lager - Pale
6.5% ABV, Bell's Brewery, Galesburg, MI. Literally born in a dream: Larry Bell, president and founder of Bell's Brewery, dreamt that he was at the mystically hidden retreat of Quinannan Falls, somewhere in the boreal north. Neither Quinannan Falls nor the beer actually existed outside his imagination, but he remembered enough about it to sketch a recipe and label, which was put into full form by Michigan artist Kathleen Kalinowski, the following morning. The end result is a dry-hopped lager that possesses a crisp, dry bitterness you would expect from a German pilsner, but the use of highly aromatic Simcoe hops from the Pacific Northwest, evoke the fragrant pine forests that inspired this beer
16oz Draft$5.00
reDANKulous IPA - Imperial / Double
9.5% ABV, 90 IBU, Founders Brewing Co., Grand Rapids, MI. This bold, 9.5% imperial red IPA pours a pleasing burnt amber color. Caramalt and roasted barley introduce a subtle sweetness, but the hops are the true headliner in this big IPA. The spicy, piney and tropical complexities of Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe hops hit you right away with their dank aroma – and they stick around. It's not just ridiculous. It's reDANKulous

4.5% ABV, 20 IBU, Fullsteam Brewery, Durham, NC. A Southern-sourced Pilsner with local barley and corn, Paycheck is crisp, dependable, and rewarding. Motueka and Saphir hops give a new-world twist to this otherwise pre-Prohibition Pilsner. You've earned it!

We start with Maris Otter and Vienna malts to get a firm, malty backbone with hints of biscuit and grassiness. A blend of six hops including Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook contributes a satisfying bitterness and an intense aroma of citrus, flowers and fruit, accented by herbal and piney notes

Twenty Two, American Wild Ale
6% ABV, Avery Brewing Co., Boulder, CO. While touring Belgium with the greatest of friends in '06, we came across a stunning creation in a quaint countryside pub that we all agreed was the best brew of the trip. Secreting home a couple of bottles, we intended to cultivate the wild yeast that spontaneously worked its magic in Beersel and propagate our own projects here in Boulder. FIFTEEN was the first of many concoctions incorporating this borrowed eukaryote. We shared his strain of Brett with our friends who made their own wild, funky and fantastic creations as well. For TWENTY TWO we give you, yet again, Brettsnomyces drive and all it delivers in a humble homage to Beersel's microflora. Thanks once again, Armand! American craft brewing owes you. Big time!

10% ABV, Founders Brewing Co., Grand Rapids, MI. Mango Magnifico is a high-gravity fruit beer brewed with mango and a touch of habaneros to add just the right amount of heat. In development under a shroud of secrecy for years, Project PAM is brewed with an abundance of hops including, Chinook, Nugget, Centennial, Amarillo, El Dorado and Mosaic.
