Polices & Practices
Deposits
A 20% deposit of the function total is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event, at which time final guest numbers are required. Deposits are absolutely non-refundable
Gateway Room Rental Fees {If Applicable}
Maximum capacity for seated meal is 120 people. For standing room only, is 150 people. Room Rate- CAD $1000 4 Hour Rental - CAD $300, CAD $100/additional hour Bridal Suite- CAD $100. Room includes all tables and chairs, patio/main floor space for cocktail hour. Ceremony area if needed plus security at main entrance. Room set up and key pick up will be discussed during final meeting
Off Site Functions {If Applicable}
Mobilization fee range of CAD $100-$300 will be applied to move our kitchen to an off-site facility. Travel charge will be applied for all functions outside of Sarnia. BBQ rental fee of CAD $200 will apply if using outdoor BBQ for function
Tastings
Tastings for up to 6 people will be booked after receiving deposit. Pricing will be decided based on items selected. Wine and beer will be available for purchase for CAD $5/drink
Staff Policies
All our staff are smart served and highly experienced. On all open and cash bars, the bartenders will have designated glasses for guests to tip as they wish. Our staff is granted permission to refuse alcohol service to people if excessive drinking or behaviour is an issue at any time
