Founded in 1943 by the Grimaldi family, Grimaldi’s Restaurant has been one of the finest establishments in the area. Currently, Grimaldi’s Restaurant is owned and operated by the Castronovo family who acquired the restaurant in 1989. Many renovations and expansions have followed to ensure a great atmosphere and additional accommodation. Pasquale Chiricosta has served the establishment as Executive Chef for 30 years.
