TGS was established in October, 2006 and became a DBA company under Nexgrill Industries, Inc. in January, 2010. After five years, we will continue to grow in 2011 with the recent acquisition of several major new contracts.
During the last 12 months, TGS has successfully launched new structured training programs for employees which help provide quality assurance and top-notch customer service interactions. Through outsourcing and increased web content, we have also dramatically reduced call abandonment and response times for our consumer customers. In addition we have increased our staff by 50% and improved our inventory control/order processing system in order to streamline parts fulfillment.
