The Green Lantern Inn is a family-owned and operated business. The chef/owner is proud to return to his hometown of Fairport after serving as executive chef at a 4 star hotel and restaurant in Baltimore, MD. With over 10 years of experience, he trained at Western Culinary Institute, a Cordon Bleu Academy in Portland, Oregon. Matt has been awarded membership in the Chaine des Rotisseurs, and several "Taste" prizes. He has designed menus and cooked for past presidents, Julia Child, and many other red carpet personalities. He offers a variety of unique seasonal menus.
