In this training bootcamp, you will keep a high speed in all of your compound resistance training exercises. -Entire class does same exercise at the same time -25sec on, 10 sec off -8 Sets -9 exercises total
Metabolic Conditioning
6:00 - 7:00 am, These workouts improve your metabolism by targeting and growing lean muscle throughout the body. Weight training exercise supersetted(coupled) with cardio exercises for 10 reps unless otherwise stated. You'll move between the two exercises for a period of 5min. 5min on, 1min off 1 Set 7 weight training each coupled with 7 cardio exercises for total of 7 Supersets
HIRT
