A dynamic and inviting weight lifting class. However, we do not recommend if you are just getting back into exercising. How do we differ from other studios? At Grassroots all of our classes are taught by certified personal trainers Most group classes are taught by"certified fitness instructors". Get the personal Training education in a group setting. Beginners will be watched carefully, while experienced Athletes will be given a challenging workout. Each class consists of a trainer-lead group warm up, skill or strength work, the workout (WOD), and cool down/mobility. Classes last one hour and are offered 7 days a week. Although there are high intensity intervals built in (metabolic work) this is NOT a HIIT class.
