9-Hour Short Ribs
Great food takes time. These tender short ribs are braised low and slow with aromatic vegetables in our rich and smooth Zug Zwang Porter for 9 hours until they are fork tender. Served with creamy Gorgonzola mashed potatoes and roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts.
Roasted Turkey Dinner
